I don't eat these myself so I can't comment on the taste but my children have issues sleeping at night. And they ask nightly for their gummy - partly out of routine, and partly because it helps them get the rest they need. After only a few chews they are easily swallowed- no dependency issues to note, and they go to bed much calmer than they would without them. These are a must have in our home!

We have had great luck with these. We don't use them all the time, you're not supposed to. But on nights when they just won't settle down, or if they need to go to bed earlier than normal, these come in handy. For reference my kids are four and six. I give them each one gummy. They seem to like them.
