Exactly as described. Excellent packing. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Vent works very well. High speed is a little loud but speeds one and two are quiet. No problem to clean filter inserts. Lights are located in the rear and cover the cooking surface well. Two settings high and low. Good value for the money.

I just purchased the walnut 42" hood and it looks amazing. It installed within an hour complete with electrical and venting. It was the perfect addition to our summer kitchen. Works great !! I have always thought and heard that a recirculating hood could not possibly work. Well this one does . The filters are quite expensive but the hood takes care of the odor of frying bacon. Amazing. We will see how long they do well. It was installed by our handyman. He didn't have any difficulty. The lights are excellent and it isn't too loud.
