Easy to lay out, cut to size, installation a breeze. Slips under the molding around the edge of the walls and staying put without being tacked down to hold in place, installation is over plywood. Using it in our bathroom so it gets wet, drys right away, does not bunch up or may down. Working out for us even better than expected and happy with the purchase.
