this is part of my stuff I cook with in my microwave I've got a little bowl which I cut just a slight notch in the top of I can put an egg in the bottom of that bowl and put this one upside down over the top and in 30 seconds in the microwave I have a nicely cooked egg,,,, you must break the yolk so it doesn't pop!!!!
