I actually used this this for a regular pillow, and it's very comfortable to sleep on! I have to figure out how to use this as a body pillow since my little Chihuahua sleeps with me in her bed ON my bed lol! But, it's definitely worth buying one! My freshman daughter was happy to use this body pillow for the gap at the head of her lofted dorm bed. Instead of dealing with a bulky headboard we were happy to find this body pillow that was on the smaller side because it fit the width of the bed perfectly.

I used to have body pillows that I purchased from another big wholesale company, but I moved, and I don't have one near my town. I was hesitant to purchase one online because you never know what you are going to get. It is firm, and it looks like it will last for a long time. It is not as soft and therefore cozier like the ones I used to have, but it is still a very good pillow. In all honesty, I use it more to dress my bed than to hug it.
