YounGlo Research Instant Bone Broth Protein Powder Dietary Supplement, 20 oz (1.25 lb) Unflavored, Made in USA

This is awesome. It dissolved in coffee with no powdery residue. To me there's no taste except for a slightly nutty hint and a bit of thickness that I would expect from a good quality bone marrow. I didn't even add any sugar to my coffee with this. I suspect if I use it in something cold, it should be dissolved in a little hot water first. Used it in a beef stock with some root veggies and some left over steak, and wasn't disappointed. The scoop is roughly 6 kitchen spoons worth of powder, and I used one spoon for my coffee as, the scoop looked way too big for 12 oz. The broth tho was excellent! Haven't tried it in a smoothie yet. Try it!
