Pretty easy to set up, though there were a couple of places where the instructions were a bit confusing. Very heavy and difficult to set up alone though I managed to do it. It works wonderfully very quiet with presets that you can program. The vibration massage feature is surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting much but way better than the magic fingers at the old motels. The little bar at the bottom of the bed that keeps the mattress from slipping off has fallen out a couple of times. That could be done a little better. The remote could stay lit a little bit more after you've pressed one button. Goes off almost immediately so you have to guess where the other buttons are, but the order of the buttons is easy to memorize and lose without looking.

There was an issue that was quickly taken care of. Never have had such great customer service. I have acid reflux and this bed is amazing. Since I have had this bed as soon as I feel it coming on I put up the head and walla it is gone.
