Sweet & Sour Chicken
* Cut chicken into chunks
* Prepare Ying's Gluten Free Batter Mix according to the instructions on the label or use the batter recipe on the label
* Add chicken to the prepared batter and coat chicken well
* Deep fry battered chicken in 3-4 cups hot oil until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
* Heat Ying's Sweet & Sour Sauce in a sauce pan until it starts bubbling. Mix chicken with the sauce. Toss to coat
* Enjoy this traditional Chinese dish!
