Yellowbird Serrano Hot Sauce is so good. It has the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and it makes everything taste better. I love how fresh and bold it tastes. But it's kind of expensive though, so I don't buy it that often, but when I do, I really enjoy it!

The flavor is great. Reminds me a lot of a thicker green tobasco. The heat is not too overpowering and actually adds to the flavor of the hot sauce. It's amazing on everything (eggs, sausage, tacos, etc) It's tangy, but not too sour.
