Bourbon Pork Tenderloin & VegetablesPrep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutesMakes 6 servings.You Will Need1 pkg. McCormick One Seasoning Mix, divided1 pork tenderloin, about 1 lb.2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges1 Tbsp. oilDirections1. Preheat oven to 400degF. Rub pork tenderloin with 2 tbsp. of the Seasoning Mix. Place in center of large shallow foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.2. Mix sweet potatoes, onions and oil in bowl. Add remaining Seasoning Mix; toss to coat well. Arrange around pork on sheet pan.3. Bake 30 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and sweet potatoes are tender. Slice pork and serve with sweet potatoes and onions.

Why is this not available anymore? This is hands down the easiest way to prepare pork of any kind. Line your sheet pan, arrange meat and veggies on the pan, sprinkle this over it all and stick it in the oven....that's it! And I haven't had anyone say they don't like it. But I've been trying to get more for a few months, and it's never stocked...WHY? Whomever it was that said there wasn't enough in the package must have no sense of taste...there is definitely enough to season an entire pork loin and all the veggies with plenty of flavor.
