I haven't smelled that scent since childhood and it brings back memories. I really like this soap. The aroma lingers for a while cleans well not too many suds. I would purchase again for my other bathrooms. The size is large and will last a while price is pretty good. I

Wonderful Lavender Hand Soap!
This Lavender YL Hand Soap is delightful to use, and makes hand washing a trye luxury. The scent is not overpowering and has a delightful perfume. It's gentle, and doesn't dry out my hands and has a silky feel. I's nice to have a package sized for refills!
