Black low-profile walking shoes.

These easy-on black cloth sneakers are lightweight. Memory foam insoles and flexible soles for all-day comfort. I find them ideal for neighborhood walks or simply about the home. They are a touch loose but quite wearable; with socks, they are ideal. I strongly suggest these.

Buy a size down.

These are ideal for daily use. Comfortable to put on and take off. I typically wear an 8.5, but after reading reports about how huge these ran, I purchased an 8. They're still fine, but I may have been satisfied with a 7.5. It is difficult to believe that while ordering, but it is true!!

Easy to put on.

Although I ordered the standard size for my mother, I had to increase it by half a size to account for some extra space. The shoes are appealing and simple for my elderly mother to put on; they also deviate from the typical appearance of shoes for the elderly.
