It was easy to clean so maintenance isn't a problem. It doesn't stick and heated up quickly and evenly I made a stir fry and tonight I am breading shrimp and frying it the stir fry pan.

My son loves Asian food...and we gave this gift to him from Santa. The size was perfect for a 13 year old who loves to cook. He is an uprising chef, that is willingly to take on a challenge. I was worried since it does have a bit of weight to it but nothing he couldn't handle. The only thing I would've like if it had a hole in the handle so we could hang it. other than that it was perfect!!
