I was highly pleased with the extent this company went to in order to make sure my daughter received her Christmas present after the carrier list the package. The service team also stayed in contact with me until I received the replacement and agreed to honor the sale price I originally paid even after upgrading the trampoline for the inconvenience caused with the carrier losing the original. Highly recommend and appreciate everything done to ensure the situation was resolved.
