For the money it's a good deal it fires up first try and will go about 20 mph with me on it I weigh 165 pounds . 20 mph feels fast when your riding because it is so small. It is a lot of fun. It came all assembled I just had to tighten the handle bar and loosen the front brake and install the windshield but all that only took 20 minutes to do . My only 2 complaints with this bike is you can't turn the handlebars all the way to either side because the brake levers hit the plastics so there is a design flaw there . And the other complaint is the plastics have some sharp edges
