Nice hammer but face is soft

I purchased this hammer as a replacement for my broken Snap-On hammer. After waiting four months for the warranty with no resolution, I needed a new hammer. While it resembles an older Snap-On hammer at first glance, the face is noticeably softer. Despite this, considering the price, I would still choose to buy it again.
