No Fish Burps!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These TherOmega supplements is a great addition to my daily supplements. It's a single dose capsule so I only have to take one a day which is awesome. No remembering to take multiples or at different times of the day. I like that the product clearly states that it's dye free and gluten-free. The capsule itself is large like other fish oil capsules so if you're not used to taking anything like that it may take you a couple times to get used to it. It goes down easily with liquid though. I really like that the lid is a flip top so I'm not fighting to open it. The lid opens easily and stays securely shut when put back down. My favorite thing about these is that there is no fish burps after taking them. I've been taking them with my morning meal and they do not make me burp later in the morning only to taste or smell like fish. GREAT WAY to get some Omega-3s into your day.

I take one soft shell per day 700mg. Overall a great add for our daily regime my Hubby and I both take this supplement daily
