The Dell Unit is very nice and works well

The Dell Unit is very nice and works well - the WINDOWS 10 is a disaster. Windows 10 killed my lap top and now is confusing to use and find programs. It would be nice to know how to upgrade DELL to have the electronic hard drive, an extra hard drive and an extra DVD also how to add more memory.
