Instructions
You Will Need: 2 large eggs; 1 tablespoon water; 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted; 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional). Dairy Free Recipe: 2 large eggs; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 1/4 cup water. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 inch square pan. 2. In a large bowl, beat brownie mix, water, melted butter and eggs, until smooth. If desired, stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Brownie batter should be thick. Spread evenly in pan. 3. Bake 21-30 min., or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with a few wet crumbs. Cool completely in pan before serving.

Chocolaty goodness!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the gluten free fudge brownie mix by XO Baking Co for review. The brownie mix came with chocolate chips for that extra chocolate goodness. This is my first time trying a gluten free brownie mix without the need to add any oils and it tastes amazing. It was super chocolatey and fudgy with a nice soft chew.
