The voltages of the input power supply should be at least 1Voltage higher than the battery's charging cut-off voltages, otherwise it will not charge.
For example, the charging cut-off voltages of a 12V acided battery is 13.8V. At this time, the input power supply must be a power supply of 14.8V or more. 16V, 19V, and 24V all OK.
Adjust the charging voltages: Do not connect the battery first, use multimeter to monitoring the voltages at the battery end of the module, and adjust the potentiometer on board to make the charging voltages meet the requirements of the battery used. Turn clockwise to reduce the charging voltages, and counterclockwise to increase it.

Please allow 0-1cm error due to manual measurement.
Note that when adjusting the charging voltages, the charging voltages keeps jumping. This is a pulse voltages output by the charger when it automatically detects the battery. Just adjust the highest jumping voltages to a suitable value. Do not connect the battery to adjust the charging voltages, otherwise the module or battery will be burnedd.
