This bike has been with my son since his 9th birthday in April. He is 4'6" tall, with a 25" inseam, and he can almost touch the ground with both feet on the bike. I expected to have a lot of problems with this bike, but it has been very reliable. He has ridden hundreds of miles with me on dirt and gravel roads. He can easily go up to 40 mph and cruise at 25-30 mph without any trouble. All we have done is change the oil, get a new chain, and keep it fueled up and it keeps running. It is a great first bike for a beginner.

This bike is a great starter bike for my 10-year-old daughter. She learned to ride it in two days and she could start it by herself after the first oil change. The engine has a lot of compression and it took about a week to break in the kick start. The oil change also made it easier to kick. The bike is fast and new riders should start in second gear to avoid wheelies until they get used to the throttle. It starts after one or two kicks, but make sure it is in neutral before kicking. Don't give it any gas while kicking or it will flood the carburetor. And if it starts in gear, it will take off, so be careful. This bike is the best for the price and it has a lot of torque. I love it and so does my kid.

It was hard to assemble the bike because the instructions were not clear. I was thankful for YouTube videos that helped me. I had some problems getting the bike to run, but the customer service was helpful and I had someone who knew how to fix it. Now the bike is running great and I have no issues with it. It is a great bike for beginners and for playing in the dirt.
