The product is amazing, the customer service has been subpar

I ordered these jeans as soon as I found out they were on sale, because they are my absolute favorite fit! Unfortunately, I had an issue when ordering from the website, and incidentally got charged twice for my items. So far the customer support at Wrangler has told me they would "issue me a refund" that has not happened; and advised me to call the bank and dispute the charge. I have disputed the charge, but that seems a bit confusing since the charge did occur from Wrangler with the same vendor number.

I had to buy a size 25, which was a size up for me because they were out of stock of 24s. This didn't bother me much since I would just need to wear a belt. I accidentally ordered 34 length when I'm a 32, so I had to hem them up a bit. The length is not too big of a concern, since, if dried in a dyer on high heat, they will eventually shrink over time. The color's gorgeous and material is not really stretchy, which is per my preference.

I am an athletic, curvy 5'3. I ordered The 29/the 30s, which fit perfectly with 2" heels. They hit right at my true waist and are sung through the hips and thighs.The cut is extremely flattering with sweaters and bodysuts! I didn't realize how much I needed these. I will definitely be ordering them in another wash.
