The Prostran bristles are tough on soot yet gentle enough to avoid damaging metal chimney pipes. This brush features a 3/4" loop on one end for pulling and a 3/8" Male NPT thread on the other, ensuring compatibility with a variety of brush rods. It works with 5SB-36048M 3/8" NPT rods, as well as 5SB-30624M rods when paired with a 5SB-36352M 1/4" NPT to 3/8" NPT adapter. For chimneys with 45-degree or sharper bends, we recommend using ProFlex rods and a female-to-female adapter for smooth operation.
