I would like a full refund, first they didn't send my sinks and faucets. once I got them and went to install the faucets they didn't have metal or steel fastening nuts to secure the vessel sinks instead they sent me plastic fastening nuts which were dry rotted and broke immediately after one attempt to tighten the sink to the vanity. so once it was installed because of the broken fastening bolts that caused it to leak VERY BADLY since it wasn't a sealed at all water just flowing all over the place. so I would hope to get a refund since I had to spend an additional $238 on proper mounting tools as well as stronger braided lines since the ones that came with it were damaged, they couldn't hold water if needed. the easiest way for me to explain it to you is it's like taking a sip of your drink through a straw, however the straw has a big crack in it so when you sip out of it water goes flying everywhere. again had to replace with Home Depot hardware. someone please contact me regarding a refund this shouldn't be sold period!!!
