I thought I was purchasing a brand new bike for my daughter for Christmas. When I first opened the box, I noticed the handle bars was scratched up. I thought maybe it was scuffed during shipping. Then, I continued to open the box and noticed the basket was dirty and the parts to the bike had scratches and dirt on it as well. I'm really disappointed as this was meant as a Christmas gift.
