My kids and I really enjoy this movie. It is a reflection of depression/sadness/anxiety and disconnecting from things we enjoy the most. It is portrayed beautifully on this animated cartoon! It showed how the main character finds a balance mentally that will help cope with these emotions and they might never go away, but learn to manage them.
