These are the cutest dress shoes for little girls. I bought two pair for both of my daughters and one fit perfectly. The bigger one was a 5 1/2 and it fit perfectly. The size 4 that I got from my youngest daughter was a little big but with socks, they fit fine so she has room to grow so keep that in mind when purchasing these you may want to measure the foot first and use the guideline, but if you're OK with them being a little roomie for the grow, then absolutely order what size you would normally order.
