The program my babies are starting to attend requires shoes even if they aren't yet walking. These shoes are super cute, similar in look to other expensive brands, and are perfect for our needs. Babies aren't walking (or crawling) for that matter but the inside sole feels well padded if they decide to start. The tan works well for boys or girls - would love other solid colors options!
