Got these for my girlfriend. She is a peculiar size 9.75, but 10 fit her ok. She finds them even more comfortable than her other flats, so her guess is they run true to size. The cream beige color is great. I am not sure why people are saying they run small, maybe it depends on the material of the exterior (leather, cotton, man made). She is glad we did not order 9.5!
