Cute costume but runs way too small

My costume arrived very fast, but I was disappointed that this costume runs very small. I usually wear an XS. I'm 5'1” 104 pounds and this costume wouldn't even zip all the way up. It's tight around the rib cage area. I felt like I couldn't breathe lol. The back side doesn't look like picture either, it shows even more cheeks than the picture. Very little coverage on the butt. There's no way I could wear a costume this tight. It looks like a child's size.
