[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a woman with right leg lymphedema, I needed a panty that would prevent chafing on the top of my thighs. I have bought expensive slimming girdles but they are less helpful than these slightly elastic pants, But these pants would be helpful and comfortable for anyone.
