Not proportionately sized

I bought this to go under a bridesmaid dress for a wedding. There was no way to select a waist measurement online. I figured since the bust size large, the waist measurement would be proportionate. Unfortunately, it was about 3 inches too small to even close, and as I had no time to buy another, I had to use a bunch of bra extenders I had to make it close. I looked at the size to double check that I had gotten the right one, and it said the correct bust size, but there was no mention of waist measurement on it at all. I'm not a super large woman, and I would say I have a large bust for my size. I can't imagine what kind of woman this would actually fit in both the waist and bust. It gave me a lot of lift, but it was horribly uncomfortable to wear, even with the bra extenders. I would not recommend this product to anyone who has normal human proportions.
