Stovetop - From Ambient **How to Prepare **1. In saucepan, combine sauce mix, 1 1/2 cups milk. **2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. **3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 4 minutes, whisking frequently. **Makes 1 1/4 cups sauce. Serve over 1/2 lb (250 g) cooked pasta. Makes 3 main dished or 6 side dish servings. **Microwave - From Ambient **1. In a 4 cup (1 L) microwaveable bowl, whisk sauce mix thoroughly into 1 1/4 cups milk. **2. Microwave uncovered on High 4 minutes, whisking 3 times. Microwaved on medium (50%) 3 minutes or until thickened, whisking twice.

I love pasta and Italian-inspired food, and Knorr Parma Rosa never disappoints. The sauce is creamy, well balanced, not overly salty or bland.
