The band doesnt squeeze into your body at all. Have held up through multiple washes. No shrinkage; I do air dry them though, so not sure how well they hold up to being dried in a dryer.

The material is so soft and has some stretch to it, which is important with sports bras due to having to pull it on over your head. The bra is well made with durable material. I like that you can adjust the straps with ease, and create a racer back if needed. Even though there's no underwire, or padding, there is amazing support due to the high quality. I love the ribbed texture instead of the boring, no texture sports bras. This bra is simple, yet sexy, and so comfy you don't even know you're wearing it. I sometimes wear it to bed forgetting I have it on. This is a bra I will always have on hand!
