Women's 13 Going On 30 Cosplay Costume Jenna Rink Spaghetti Strap Mini Dress

I'm typically on the smaller end of the woman's sizing chart, so I was torn between small or medium. Some of my measurements were between the two sizes ( short , small chested but a little pudge on my midsection). I'm so glad I bought the medium. It fits pretty well, but I had to be cautious getting it on ( my shoulders are broad, it's better to step into it , and not pull overhead). It sounded like a little bit of ripping but no noticeable damage. could be better with a zipper or snaps. I'm 5'3.5, and the skirt length sits nicely at the top of my knees. It may not have much wear, but it will be cute for my 30th.
