Please be informed that if you are subscribed to the Caller ID from your phone company, the unit's date and time setting will be automatically adjusted when caller information is received. If you do not wish for this feature to work, we have a setting for this, and we would kindly advise you to perform it. Using a handset, please press MENU, then the key #, and enter code 2 2 6, then press the arrow down to select "Manual" and press SAVE. If the issue persists, we recommend seeking professional assistance from our authorized service center.

It seems like the Automated call block function is active on the phone and that is why callers need to enter the access number. If you wish to turn it off, please press Menu on a handset, then the # key and following that please enter 787. Please make sure to select "Unblock" from the options and press Save. We hope this helps!
