The PORTER-CABLE 1/2-inch hammer drill offers two speed options of either 0 to 1,000 or 0 to 3,000 revolutions-per-minute RPM for optimized performance in applications requiring either high-torque/low-speed or low-torque/high-speed capability. The high-output, 6.5 amp motor produces 51,000 beats-per-minute BPM for drilling into concrete and masonry, as well as high torque for drilling large holes into wood.
