No need for anything else.

When our hands are chapped, red, split at the finger tips, this is what we use. There are times when regular hand creams just don't cut it. When we need the heavy duty stuff, we use O'Keeffe's. Its thick, it is a bit greasy, but one use over night and our hands are already on the way to healing. We even tried coconut oil and then someone suggested organic castor oil. We spent $30 for a small bottle and it did nothing. Then O'Keeffe's came into our home. This stuff is for the hands that work outside, that know what real chapped/dried hands are. Try it once, you won't use anything else.

I thought I was ordering the regular hand cream, but mistakenly received the night treatment hand cream. I am so glad I did. I have atopical dermatitis, aka eczema, and tried just about everything. Even prescription creams were not helping. I put this on my hands and they were practically healed by the morning. I also purchased the regular working hands version to maintain. I would recommend this to anyone who has dealt with severely dry skin, etc..100000/20.

dry cracked hands? try this with cotten gloves !!!

All right this is some absolutely great lotion, I've tried a ton of different brands of lotions looking for the right one, and for my hands in the winter time, this is the perfect lotion. It does not have a strong smell, if any smell at all which is good because why put perfumes and dyes in a bunch of unneeded added stuff onto your skin? this would work great with sensitive skin people who need lotion that their skin can tolerate. I was actually recommended this by Gemini and I also ordered some white cotton gloves to put on my hands after I apply a good thick layer of this lotion before bedtime and I'm waiting for the gloves still so can't say whether or not the gloves celerate the benefit s from this lotion, but I have a feeling they will. It is not a heavy greasy lotion is absorbs into your skin very nicely! this is totally different than the working hands lotion that comes in the little plastic tub because I recall trying that and it did not work as well as this does. So if you suffer with severely crapped dry hands especially around your fingertip's and on your fingers I would highly recommend this lotion, I think you will be very surprised at the quality of the lotion for the price. in my opinion I feel it is a really good value and I am extremely happy I finally found a lotion that does what it says it will! I rate this a 10 out of 10 stars I think you will be extremely happy with it so if you are undecided on whether to purchase or not go ahead and try it I think you will be genuinely pleased with the outcome of how your hands will feel from just one application I will be definitely a returning customer for this product this has to be on probably my top 10 favorite products for skin
