It's a little clumsy in my RV lighter socket it works, but sometimes you have to push pull it in and push it out. I don't think the metal that attaches it is enough there. I think they should have maybe three strips instead of just two because it's flimsy, but it's durable at the top where all the connections are I just wish the other part that maybe they should not make the hinge or the the Joint so loose maybe that could be tighter otherwise it does what it supposed to do and that's tribute to me so I still have it four or five stars
