Delicious with Pork Loin
I have used the Silver Floss sauerkraut for years because the flavor is good and when you bake it over a pork loin with the meat in the oven after having added about 1 T of light brown sugar, it is just absolutely delicious. Covered with foil, it will draw juices that are delicious over some mashed potatoes.

Great size
I do not like the taste of sauerkraut. But wanting to make sure I start the new year off right, it is mandatory for New Year's dinner. I found an easy way to make it palatable. The jar is too much so this can is perfect. All I do is add a bunch of brown sugar and simmer it for at least an hour or I put it in a small crockpot to cook. Thank goodness, I only have to worry about it for holidays.
