25 percent of this is orange drink, 25 percent is oatmeal. Save money and prep your own dry food, its easy and quick. Just get mylar bags with O2 obsorbers, 5 gal buckets, long shelf life dry food and you are done. Works out to a tenth if the price of this wise garbage and will taste just as good.

We thought 52 servings was 52 meals but it is 52 small items and 28 of the items are orange juice or whey milk alternative which we do not need. There are only 24 small meals so the price is too high. The container weights only 5 lb 12 oz including the bucket which may weight one to two lbs. We estimate the 24 meals total weight to be from 2 to 3 lb or $18 or more per lb. We can buy and process food in Mylar bags with O2 Absorbers for a small fraction of that cost.
