I took it out of the box placed the USB receiver in a USB A port on my computer, turn keyboard on, and it worked instantly. Even all the top miscellaneous buttons worked without me having to set them up in any way,.mail Calculator Home volume play pause mute. All worked without having to do a thing to set them up. Priceless.!

I like the deep keys- I make fewer mistakes with them. Great price. One caveat; the cover to the batteries compartment. I was checking to see if the batteries were included, and I could not get the cover off. I ended up braking the cover. NO matter, it still works fine .

My favorite keyboard

I've had several, not because they fail, but because I'm clumsy and spill drinks on them. My bad. They don't hold up to that. But I love the feel of the keys, and how easy they are to set up. I had to use the one that came with my desktop for a few days, and it just felt weird. Glad to have another K270.
