Comes with every part shown in the instructions but no written instructions. In spite of this and the fact that some of the pieces were a bi awkward to maneuver., a 70 year old woma with limited mechanical ability and strength put it all together in about an hour. I took a litte break because using an Allen wrench which comes in the package was a little bit taxing. I suggest wearing a work glove for some traction and to aide in the torque. But tah dah.Here is the finished assembled entirely by me cart. I am 5ft 2inches and it is just a perfect size for using a knife to cut and chop. Moves easily on the wheels whichave are super easy to engage. All of my wine fit easily and I'm very happy with this cart/work table.
