I'm a 70+ senior who still puts a reasonable move on the ball. This club is longer and more forgiving than my previous Wilson 3 wood (that I loved). Trajectory is a little lower than I expected, but on recently mowed fairways I hit it as far as my driver.

Top Notch Fairway Wood

I stand at 6 feet tall. I purchased the Regular Flex 3W club. It's very comfortable, lightweight, and has a great grip on it. This is a must have for those of us that love our 3 Woods. If I'm not having a great day with my driver, I just grab this 3 Wood, and get back at it. Wilson Staff never disappoints. I highly recommend this club.
