Best rice noodle on the market that I found so far . if you cook them al dente a little less than instructions rent in cold water if you don't wanna use them all at one time. I put them in a zip bag with a little bit of oil on them just a bit, then when I want some for a cup of soup for a pot of soup, when the broth is hot, the soup is made. I had the noodles to heat and use them.
