New split point tip eliminates walking and penetrates 10GA stainless steel in 10 seconds. Cobalt HSS engineered for maximum life on stainless steel. Steam oxide finish runs cooler and extends the life of the bit. Also cuts mild steel, copper, brass, aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, wood and laminates. Capacity : 3 steps. Hole Size : Inches: 1/2, 7/8, 1-1/8 Millimeters: 12.7, 22.2, 28.6. Maximum Material Thickness : 10 Gauge (3.5mm) Stainless Steel. Minimum Chuck Size : 3/8" (9.5mm). Overall Length : 3.44-inch. In 1862, it started with the Greenlee brothers' barrel-making machines, then woodworking tools.
