i received these as a substitution for a more expensive kind, and was genuinely blown away with how good these are. they tatse just like the homemade ones my dad used to make. although they have chili, they are not spicy but rather just a perfectly season okra. the cane sugar adds the perfect slight sweetness. these satiated my craving and i will definitely purchase these again

What I understand from professional sources is that OKRA defeats Lectins, ( tomatoes ), and other lectins. Read up on the importance of eating lectins, however when doing so always eat Okra. Such as these in Wickles. Tasty and not gooey as okra is known to be. If you want less of a spicy taste, remove the 2 Peppers inside jar, you will find it calms down the slight spicy burn. Some may want to leave these 2 peppers inside. Closing, These are from Alabama. USA. THANK You Wickles.
