I'll preface with this: I should have tried the costume on when it came in rather than waiting until the date of the party—-The costume itself is a good design, especially the puffed shoulders and the cape. Good length. However, It does not fit according to the size listed on the package/advertisement. I ordered a small (I wear about 6)in which the package says fits size 5-7. Should have ordered a medium. The back would not zip closed or even come close. I ended up improvising with a black undershirt and some safety pins. The hat brim was curved perfectly but—the hat band was sewn in the middle of the hat rather than at the base as it should be. (See picture) I had to cut it off and just roll with it. It looked like it was made on a Friday at five.
