Easiest way to keep protein intake high
I love these beef sticks, they're very tasty, and pack a punch in protein, 2-1/2 eggs worth per stick. They've become a big part of my diet. They are fairly priced for the most part, considering they are high quality and don't contain nasty ingredients.
