SOOOOO GOOD!
I typically do not purchase pre-made mixes, but since I'm a big fan of everything on Wholesome Yum, I decided it wouldn't be the end of the world to NOT make something from scratch. Tonight, I was craving something sweet after dinner and my husband asked if I was going to try this pancake mix I recently bought. Great idea, right? I made these with unsweetened almond milk, popped them in my mini-waffle iron, and OMG they tasted just like funnel cake. SO delish!

Yummy pancakes!!
Wholesome Yum pancake mix made fluffy, decadent, and delicious pancakes. I didn't have avocado oil so i melted butter and added vanilla extract. Their Keto maple syrup was perfect with the pancakes. The key is to cook them low and slow. I'm looking forward to making them again soon!

Great Pancakes!
I LOVE this mix. I thought I would never be able to have a quick breakfast, especially pancakes and stay true to my Wheat/Grain/Sugar Free lifestyle. I have made the recipe exactly as written and then a second time added a little cinnamon and some Pumpkin puree for a seasonal treat! I didn't adjust the recipe directions for the puree addition so they came out just a little heavier than the original but still...Fabulous!! Also, I made mine the size slightly larger than a silver dollar and had no trouble flipping, serving up and enjoying just like other pancakes. Top with Maya's Keto Maple Syrup and I'm in heaven. Thanks so much for all your hard work Maya.
